Q: Do I need to register an account before shopping?

2. Order Online – Add items to the shopping cart, and select delivery or pick-up services.

3. Pay Online – Confirm the amount and make payment through PayPal.

4. Order Confirmation – Upon successful payment, a confirmation email will be sent to the registered email address and follow up with phone call.

Q: Which payment method do we accept for online shopping?

PayPal – You can use Visa, MasterCard, American Express or PayPal Account to check out.

Bank Transfer: – You can transfer the total amount to our bank account, we also accept payments made by Faster Payment System (FPS). Your order will not be shipped until we have received the payment, please email the payment record to [email protected] once the transaction is made.

Q: Can I pay in another currency?

The prices of Beyond Sleep products are shown in Hong Kong Dollar, and we only accept payment in Hong Kong Dollar.

Q: Is there any upper limit for online shopping at Beyondsleep.com.hk?

For security reasons, the total amount of your online order cannot exceed HKD 300,000.

Q: Can I use cash voucher to pay my online order?

We do not accept payment settlement by cash voucher online at the moment, you can always contact one of our shops for further assistance.

Q: How soon will I expect my order?

Most of our products are made-to-order according to your specifications, therefore please allow some time for us to process your order. Items that are in stock will be delivered within 3-5 working days from the date of purchase.

Q: Do we deliver on Sunday?

We only deliver from Monday to Saturday.

Q: Do I need to sign for my order?

All order must be confirmed receipt by signature. We will contact you 1-2 days in advance with delivery date and time, with the option of rescheduling if necessary.

Q:Do we accept return or exchange?

We do not accept return and exchange unless there is a quality problem. Please bring your product(s) in their original condition and packaging to our shops with the original sales invoice. Our sales team will be happy to assist you. Please send an e-mail to [email protected], we will respond within 48 hours via e-mail or telephone call.

Q. How do I exchange the products if I am not in Hong Kong?

Exchange can be done by post if you do not live in Hong Kong. Unless the goods were sent incorrectly to you in the first place, you are expected to cover the cost of shipment.

Q. Can I amend my online order once it has been confirmed?

Once you have made your purchase online, we are unable to change or add products, or change delivery service on the original order. However, we will do our best to accommodate any amendments or cancellations to orders whenever possible. In these cases, please send an e-mail to [email protected] immediately , we will respond within 48 hours via e-mail or telephone call.

Q. I saw a product on your website but I cannot find it anymore. How can I purchase it?

You may contact us via email, phone or fill in the enquiry form in the ‘Contact Us’ page. Our customer service will contact you soon.

Q. How can I track my online order?

You will receive an email of order confirmation after you have completed the online check out. You may contact us through email or phone and quote the order confirmation number. Our customer service will assist you.

Q. I hope to order a product with the message of ‘Available on Backorder’ and ‘Out of Stock’, when is it likely to be back again?

Q. Can I pick up my order at stores?

Upon checking out, ‘Pick up at Beyond Sleep’ or Pick up at Luxury Bed Studio’ can be chosen for self-pick up. The pick-up locations include our showrooms in Central or Horizon Plaza. We will contact you once the items have arrived. All confirmed purchases must be picked up within 30 days, no refund or exchange if merchandise were not picked up within 30 days. No reminder for this will be sent out.

Q. What should I do if I received wrong products or damaged products?

Q. Are there warranty scheme for all Beyond Sleep products?

Warranty scheme applies to specified products only:

VISPRING:

The Comfort Promise only applies to mattresses purchased from an authorized Vispring Specialist, i.e. Noblesse Lifestyle Group Limited with display beds. Vispring Limited (Ernesettle Lane, Plymouth PL5 2TT – UK) offers a 30-year guarantee on mattress and divan. Where mattresses are used on divans other than those supplied by Vispring, they must be of an appropriate quality of construction. More information can be found on https://www.vispring.com/en-uk/terms-and-conditions/

– Headboards & Surrounds: 2-year guarantee
– Toppers: 2-year guarantee
– Mattress Protectors: 2-year guarantee
– Pillows: 2-year guarantee.
– Mattress Pads, Divan mantles: 12-month guarantee.

In order to activate the Vispring guarantee, please register customer purchase within 14 days from receipt of the goods, either on www.vispring.com or by post, sending the completed guarantee card you’ll receive with your bed. Failure to comply with these requirements will invalidate the Vispring guarantee.

SAVOIR:

Savoir Beds offers a 25-year guarantee on key elements of your bed. The guarantee does not apply to mattresses used without a Savoir box spring, and excludes toppers. Please follow the care instructions to ensure your guarantee remains valid. It is important that you register your bed within one month of purchase on https://www.savoirbeds.com/guarantee/ or by post, sending the completed guarantee card you’ll receive with your bed. The international guarantee certificates underline the high quality of Dauny. Dauny offers a comprehensive guarantee on every product, as you should expect from an exclusive brand product. Q. What are the general conditions for all guarantees?

VISPRING:

SAVOIR:
SAVOIR Pure Cotton Mattress Protector: Regular airing and shaking is recommended. We also advise to use fluid washing agent. It can be washed up to 95°C and let the products air dry. SAVOIR KC Mattress Protector: Regular airing and shaking is recommended. We also advise to use fluid washing agent. It can be washed up to 40°C with wool programme and let the products air dry.

QUAGLIOTTI:
Quagliotti Sheeting and Table Cloths: Machine wash in warm (not hot) water on gentle cycle. We recommend mild detergent or soap. Do not use chlorine and lighteners.

Quagliotti Cotton Coverlets and Matelasses: We recommend professional dry clean. If you decide to wash them yourself, we do not accept responsibility.

Q. How is the service charge of delivery service calculated?

Local Delivery – For all the orders below HKD 5,000, deliveries to one address within Hong Kong, Kowloon and New Territories, a delivery charge of HKD 100 will incur. All orders above HKD 5,000 are free of delivery charge.

Q. What information is collected about me when I visit the site?

We do not require any information to obtain access to any part of our site, unless you want to make online purchase which account registration is required. We would ask for specific information in order to provide a service to you, such as saving your shopping list. Information requested may include name, address, e-mail address and phone number.
